Furthermore, Comstar USA protects the confidential information from falling into the public domain or the possession of unauthorized persons. We request our clients to keep such information as confidential and limit disclosure to any officers, employees, third party agents or individuals who are not directly connected to their project.
Conclusively, confidential information shall not be adjudged proprietary and Comstar USA shall have no obligation if information:
- Was known to Comstar USA before receiving any of the confidential information from the Client
- Has become publicly known through no wrongful act of Comstar USA
- Was received by Comstar USA from a third party without restriction as to the use and disclosure of the information
- Was independently developed by Comstar USA without any use of the provided confidential information
- Was ordered by the government agency to publicly disclose the private contract.
Confidential Information and It’s Ownership
Comstar USA concedes that all Confidential Information shall remain the property of the Client who provided it and that the Client may use such confidential information for any purpose without obligation to Comstar USA. No information shall be construed as granting or implying any transfer of rights to Comstar USA.
Passively Collected Information
When you interact with us through the Site, we receive and store certain additional non-identifiable information. Such information, which is collected passively using various technologies, cannot presently be used to specifically identify you. Examples include IP addresses, browser types, domain names, and other statistical data involving your use of the Site and our services.
